Celebrate Election Day on November 6 with the National Archives at Boston! We’ll present a free program “America Votes!” at 2 p.m.
With activities, exploration, fun, movies, and historic documents, you’ll learn everything you need to know about how America votes: the Constitution, voting history, re-districting, representation, campaigning, and the Electoral College.
Archives staff educator Annie Davis and historian Joe Keefe will lead the program. Refreshments will be served in observance of Election Day.
This program is free and suitable for all. And most important of all: Vote!
Free public workshops are offered the first Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m. and the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. To register for the program “America Votes” on November 6 at 2 p.m., please call toll free 866-406-2379 or email boston.archives@nara.gov.
